Shannon Lester, of the award-winning Lester | Warren Team, has a passion for real estate that dates back as her junior high school years when she loved to accompany her mother touring open houses, and that enthusiasm hasn't diminished one bit. In fact, she has been recognized as a Company-wide Top Producer every year since 2011 both individually and for her team.

She finds that her own home is her most cherished place, and it is this sentiment that inspires her to find the perfect home for others. Shannon has a very outgoing personality and positive attitude, and contends that she can get along with a diverse range of clients and customers – assets that have served her well in her long career in sales, advertising and special event coordination.

Her years of experience include managing and training a large staff during which she developed impressive skills in organization and budgeting. But, above all, she loves to sell. Efficient, thorough, and a very good listener who never does anything halfway, Shannon has developed the flexibility to read client needs well and make adjustments as necessary. She is a very hard worker who always follows through on her commitments, and she strives to build long-standing relationships with clients. This trait has fostered a large and faithful network of personal and professional contacts.

Shannon grew up in the Memorial area of Houston and graduated from Texas Tech University, where she earned a BA in Journalism and Public Relations. She knows the city well and enjoys selling where she grew up, in addition to the Northwest area where she currently lives.

She and her husband, Mark, have two grown children of whom they are very proud, and love doting on their granddaughter. Shannon was particularly gratified when her daughter, Claire Warren, decided to join her in the practice of real estate and form the top-producing Lester | Warren Team.
